Terms and Conditions
- You have hired Harrison Kramer to perform a magic and mentalism show and/or workshop.
-You have agreed that the date and times (specifically in reference to Eastern Time) are correct on the confirmation sent to you.
-You understand that payment must be received in full by the date of the performance.
-If you have provided your own link for the performance (Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, etc.) you agree that you are responsible for seeing that all participants are informed of log-in specifics.
-If, for any reason out of our control (power outage, zombie apocalypse,) the show cannot take place or shuts down prematurely, you are entitled to either a full refund of monies paid or an alternate date for the booking. Harrison Kramer Magic employs back-up internet and multiple computer configurations in an attempt to prevent interruptions to performances.
-If for any reason this event must be cancelled and will not be rescheduled, you must give Harrison Kramer Magic 48-hours notice and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
